DE is my “Go To” computer source. I was experiencing an issue with my monitor and Mathayus QUICKLY discovered the issue, smiled and sent me in my way. These guys love computers and are knowledgeable.

Customer support was very helpful and provided alternatives for me. The package was accidentally shipped somewhere when I had selected to pickup in person. They were able to offer me a comparable alternative and shipped it to my address and arrived next day.
I selected to pick my order up from the physical location in Austin and figured it was a storefront that already had it available so it doesn’t have to be shipped out. That was not the case and it was shipped out to the physical location. I can not get ahold of anyone at the store to pick up my package that was delivered to them. I went to the physical location and it’s completely closed during the day with a sign saying they are not a physical store and to use their website, (not called DiscountPC, name is Evergreen on the building). Very frustrating process and still don’t know where my order is. Open to updating my review if there is a solution provided.

Bought Dell S2240M refurbished monitor for $50.
At the door inside a week.
Works perfect.
They even cleaned it.
Would buy again. Recommend.

My monitor for work broke and I needed an inexpensive monitor quickly. I called Discount PC and was able to get one next day! They were extremely helpful and so far it seems brand new! Will definitely be shopping here for electronics in the future!

Bought used laptop from DiscountPC and am very happy with it and them! I had purchased a used laptop from another online vendor and the unit was terrible - took minutes just to open a browser so I returned it. I found DPC, got a Lenovo ThinkPad T430 and it is very peppy and works great! Customer service is great. Chat is very responsive and quick. Highly recommend!

The ladies at discount PC were very knowledgeable and swift to get me set up again. Not to mention the prices for what they offer are just unbelievably reasonable compared to anywhere else in the Austin metro area... Definitely 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 from me!
